School Settings is the administrative home for configuring a school’s identity, academic structure, users, and module behavior. Set up the school before creating operational records such as students, scoresheets, results, fees, or attendance history.
Open the school settings area at kralis.app/school.
Main settings
The school record can contain details such as:
- school name, motto, address, and contact information
- country and location information
- logo and report identity
- attendance location and radius
- score-component settings
- remarks, attendance, and position settings used by SRMS and reports
Save changes deliberately and review the effect of a setting before changing it for an active school year.
School settings subpages
Recommended setup order
- Complete the school identity and contact details.
- Create the current academic year and terms.
- Create classes and sections.
- Create subjects.
- Prepare staff users and permissions.
- Review score, remarks, attendance, and position settings.
- Prepare Access PINs and module-specific settings.
Do not delete or casually rename records already used by students, scores, results, attendance, fees, or reports. Preserve used academic context so historical records remain understandable.
Historical records
When entering a paper or external result, use School Settings to create the correct past year and period first. Then create the student and SRMS records in that context. See Adding Legacy and External Results.
