Origin values
Annual records have their own origin. A termly result can use its own origin or inherit the annual record’s origin when no result-specific origin is selected.
Native records
Native records normally use calculated totals, positions, class totals, grades, and remarks based on the scores and the school’s enabled result settings. Enter the underlying scores and let Kralis calculate the available values.Legacy and External records
Use Legacy or External when the printed record contains values that cannot be recreated from the available scores or when the record was not originally produced by Kralis. For these records, the relevant override fields can preserve values such as a printed position or cohort total. Overrides are shown when the effective origin is not Native. Leave an override empty when the historical record did not provide that value; an empty override is different from inventing a calculated value. Legacy and External records do not display the attendance heatmap in SRMS result views or generated PDFs. Historical result imports generally do not contain reliable attendance data, so Kralis avoids presenting an empty or misleading attendance history for them. Before saving
