# Teacher Details Submissions

> Collect teacher details and optional teaching preferences for school review before account creation.

The teacher details form gives a school a direct way to collect staff information for review. It is an intake workflow, not a Kralis account signup: submitting the form creates a school-scoped submission, and approving it creates the teacher account.

## School form

The school enables or disables teacher submissions in the school settings. When enabled, the public form is available at:

`/onboard/<school-acronym>/teachers`

The page identifies the school and displays its motto when one is set. The submitter provides their name, email, phone number, and gender. They may also select classes they are in charge of or teach, and subjects they teach. Class and subject selections are optional, so a teacher with no current assignments can still submit the form. The email is checked for valid formatting, but ownership is not verified.

The submitter receives a confirmation email. The school contact email is notified when configured.

## School review

Administrators and deans can review submissions from **School → Onboarding**. They can search, filter by status and submission date, inspect details and requested assignments, and approve or decline pending submissions. Possible statuses are Pending, Approved, and Declined. A matching account or another submission using the email is shown as a review warning, not as proof of identity.

Approving creates a teacher account through the normal school account flow and applies any selected classes and subjects. If none were selected, the teacher is created without those assignments; they can be added later from the teacher's usual management page. After approval, use the submission's **Manage** link to open the teacher in that page.

Submitting does not create an account or grant access to the school. Schools that have not enabled the form cannot submit through it.
