# Student Details Submissions

> Collect prospective student details through a school form and review them before creating an account.

The student details form lets a school collect learner information without asking the family to create a Kralis account first. A submission is not an account or an admission decision. A school administrator or dean reviews it and creates the student account by approving it.

## School form

The school enables or disables student submissions in the school settings. When enabled, the public form is available at:

`/onboard/<school-acronym>/students`

The page identifies the school and displays its motto when one is set. The submitter provides the student's name, email, parent/guardian phone number, gender, date of birth, and intended class. The intended class must be one offered by that school. The email is checked for valid formatting, but ownership is not verified.

After submission, the school receives the details for review. A receipt is sent to the supplied email address; the school also receives a notification when it has a contact email configured.

## School review

Administrators and deans can review submissions from **School → Onboarding**. They can search, filter by status and submission date, inspect the provided details, and approve or decline each pending submission. Possible statuses are Pending, Approved, and Declined. A matching account or another submission using the email is shown as a review warning; it is not an automatic identity check.

Approving creates the student account through the normal school account flow and uses the intended class as the student's current class. Declining records the decision without creating an account. After approval, use the submission's **Manage** link to open the student in the usual Students page and update their profile or placement as needed.

## What this does not do

* Submitting the form does not create a login or student account.
* The form does not verify that the submitter owns the email address.
* This is not a dean application or an admission/entrance-exam workflow.

Schools that have not enabled the form cannot submit through it.
