# School Onboarding

> Register a school and create its first administrative access.

Kralis provides a guided onboarding flow for registering a school and creating its first administrative access. This flow creates a new school workspace; it is different from the student and teacher details forms, which collect information for an existing school to review.

## What to prepare

* Official school name and a short, stable acronym
* First administrator details and a secure credential
* School email and phone number
* School address, city, country, and state or region
* Expected rollout size or plan

The school acronym becomes part of the school's identity and credential patterns, so choose it carefully. Review contact and location details before submitting.

## After onboarding

Once the school workspace is created, the recommended next steps are:

1. Review school settings.
2. Create the academic year and terms.
3. Create classes, sections, and subjects.
4. Create staff and student accounts, or enable the appropriate details submission forms for school review.
5. Configure the school's other Kralis modules.
