# Viewing Fees as a Student

> Understand your invoices, balances, due dates, and recorded payments.

Open **Fees** to view invoices assigned to your account.

## Read an invoice

| Value | What it tells you |
| - | - |
| Fee | What the charge is for |
| Amount | Total amount assigned |
| Paid | Amount currently recorded as paid |
| Outstanding | Amount still due in Kralis |
| Due date | When payment is expected |
| Receiving account | Where the school expects payment, when provided |

## Payment records

An amount handed over or transferred may not appear immediately if the school still needs to record or confirm it. Keep the school's payment evidence and contact its finance office when a valid payment is missing or incorrect.

## Pay online

If **Pay this fee online** is available, you can pay the full outstanding balance or enter an installment. Review the total shown on Bachs' checkout before confirming: it can include Kralis' fee and Bachs' processing charge in addition to the installment. Only the installment amount is applied to your Kralis invoice; the remaining balance stays due. Available payment methods depend on the school's Bachs account and the checkout.

Kralis updates the invoice after it receives payment confirmation from Bachs. Returning from the checkout page alone does not confirm payment. If the invoice has not updated after payment, keep the checkout reference and contact the school's finance office.

## Privacy

Students see their own fee information according to account permissions. A copied Kralis page link does not grant another person access to the invoice.
